Nissan Develops Self-healing iPhone Case

Our iPhone cases not only protect our phones but they also take a lot of abuse in the process. So it is not a surprise that they wear out after a while. Wouldn’t it be nice if your iPhone case could repair itself? Nissan has announced a new line of self-repairing “Nissan Scratch Shield iPhone” cases that use a proprietary paint technology to repair themselves. The case uses the company’s self-healing paint finish that is already being used on a number of Nissan cars.

The technology has been around for a while. Thanks to Nissan, you can now get your hands on a case that will keep its look even after you mistreat it. The case won’t do miracles but is a pretty nice idea indeed.
